Discovery doesn't care for their clients

Very Unprofessional. I need to get authorisation for an operation that needs to happen this week, I have held on the line with discovery for over 1 hour. They keep dropping the call . In this time of Covid where we need the assistance promptly from our medical aid that we PAY for , there is no response , but they are quick to call you when they require their premiums. Your service sucks and I will be reporting discovery to the Office of Health Ombud, as your company and staff have no care in the world to just answer the phone to sort out a matter.
