Discovery doesn't care for anybody's health!!!!!!

I was diagnosed with Chiari on 21 August 2017, a disease I didn't even know existed before the 21st of August 2017. Now Discovery Health claims that I did not disclose previous hospital admissions!!!! For heaven's sake I was accepted as a Member in April already. Their application form states that you must disclose any hospital admissions in the previous 12 months so why would I fill in something that happened in February 2016????????? The form also asks if you foresee any medical treatment for the upcoming 12 months I marked "no" because how was I supposed to know that I will be diagnosed with a disease in August that will require surgery to keep it from progressing in September 2017. Really Discovery?????? I moved to Discovery because I changed jobs and the new salary enabled me to move to a better Medical Aid. Discovery sure as hell is not better!!!!
