Discovery doesn't care about their clients and they *****

I've been trying to get assistance from Discovery for 2 months and they don't reply, don't answer, are unhelpful with zero empathy and now they've deducted close to R10000 from my account putting me in overdraft. Money I don't have because I lost my job in March due to this virus. I want this charge reversed and removed. I will warn everyone about your terrible service. They are better off with another medical company because you don't care!!!
