Discovery Doesnt Care

I am on the Classic Comprehensive (No MSA) plan with Discovery Health. I have Multiple Sclerosis, and filled out all of the required forms they needed and got my neurologist to also fill out forms. They then paid most of the things claimed under the ICD-10 code G35 which is the code for MS. I now need a new pair of glasses, as my eye sight is affected because of the MS but now they suddenly refuse to pay for the glasses. :-(
