Discovery does provide good service in the end

I must say I wrote a hellopeter review a few weeks ago where I was very upset with Discovery's service but Discovery went out of their way to fix the problem which was about not covering an emergency 100% according to my plan. Discovery did indeed keep to their word in the end even if it took 4 months, turns out there was a hang-up at the hospital too which Discovery consultants tended to. The point I would like to make is that Discovery is eager to help after all and their service delivery is on point when it comes to finding solutions.
