Discovery does not want new members!

Was on my partners medical aid as a dependent. Started a new job and the company requires me to be the main member. Cancelled existing membership effective 31 Jan 2016. App**** to join on the 01 Feb 2016. They never called me, I always need to call them. Today they tell me that because we were already members it's seen as a plan upgrade and we cannot upgrade because we should have done so in January. Discovery does not seem to want me as a member and my money is not good enough for them. We were members since 2010 but if this does not get resolved, I will be taking my money elsewhere!<br> <br> DISCOVERY ***<br>
