Discovery Does not refund claims

<p>I submitted a claim on 18 May 2016 and to date I'm still waiting for a refund. i spoke to number of agent at their call centre and still nothing has been done. It's more that 30 days now and everytime i call I'm being advise that a cheque was issued but there's no check number. In fact who said they can write me a cheque, i mean that's so old school. how about calling me to get my banking details? Dear Discovery I want money back</p>
