Discovery does not read emails - again!!!

I submitted several claims to Discovery Health in December and January (ref *** and ***) for doctor visits that amounted to R1,200 with proof of payment and actual claim from my doctor. Every single time, I get a response back from Discovery that reads \Dear Member: Unfortunately
