Discovery DOES NOT pay your claims back

Don't bother paying Discovery R3470 per month for medical aid. They refuse to pay back claims, every time some new nonsensical reason why they deny it this time. I've been trying to claim since 27 May no luck - with all the required docs provided. Apparently their PDF reader doesn't read pdfs that we can. You will kill yourself objecting and objecting and resending and resending. No use in trying to escalate anywhere, apparently management is not for the clients. Do yourself a favour and shop a bit more before signing up - big names no longer mean big service. Severely disappointed client time and time again. Not to mention they also try get out of hospital claims!
