Discovery does not pay prescribed minimum benefits

It is no surprise that discovery is under the probe for not paying claims but most importantly prescribed minimum benefits. My procedure was no question that it is a prescribed minimum benefit but discovery will of course find all the excuses not to pay and these excuses are not in line with the medical schemes act... Discovery is a ******* and the customer service is even worse.
