Discovery does not pay emergency claims

I took my boyfriend to the emergency unit on Tuesday night. Now discovery is not paying for his admission. What nonsense is this?? If he has an emergency must I leave him to die because Discovery refuses to pay. When I phone the call center the lady puts the phone down in my ear!! The service is disgusting. We will consider moving all out business to another service provider. I have had endless issues with the medical aid and insurance from discovery! I am absolutely livid!
