My daughter has needed life saving treatment every 3 weeks in hospital since she was born

After my daughter fought to get Discovery to approve this treatment, they now are not paying the hospital or the doctors!

Since May 2023 - nothing has been paid yet this went through their “committee process”

Every time I call, discovery claims to have paid, yet none of the providers have been paid at all. Despite each hospitalization being authorized

Why lie Discovery?

Why lie when you are supposed to hold your end of the deal when we are paying customers!!!!

I am done speaking to your agents who don’t know what’s going on and never call back like they promise

I WANT TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER WHO CAN MAKE DECISIONS

This is disgusting, we went through a traumatic year with a sick child and now this. Do your part Discovery!
