Discovery does not keep their promises

I am very dissatisfied with the service that I have received or rather the service I haven’t received. I have a total of two Covid tests that I can claim for but I am either ignored when claiming or out right declined. I need some assistance as these tests are expensive and I have contributed enough to this medical aid the least you are obligated to do is what you say so.
