Discovery does not help when it is really needed.

I am very disappointing in the assistance we have received from Discovery. It is very upsetting that when you really need the medical aid to assist you they have a 1000 reasons not to. My daughter urgently needs Botox injections to enable her to walk as she was born with ******* legs. Now Discovery goes on and on about needing additional information. We have sent them what they need and still they need more and more. They should have most of her treatments on their system as they paid for it out of our savings. But no... If it was R100 000.00 we were talking about I could understand but it is not. It breaks my heart that we pay a lot of money every month to have medical aid and now they have all these issues when we need to use our medical aid. This could be life changing for her and they are just refusing. Very unhappy client at the moment.
