Discovery does not deliver

please explain to me why Discovery is paying so little of this account . to my understanding I have a hospital plan and the extend of this hospital trip was a life threatening issue which end me up in ICU, so I had not choices or time to plan where and how I want to be.

I suggest that you escalate this enquiry and come with the correct answers. I am a Discovery member for many many years , more than that I can remember and as main member I never had any major treatments for myself (as the main member) and now that I have an issue now Discovery is paying hardly anything.
