Discovery does not comply with TCF AT ALL !!!!

<p>Good day</p> <p>I have still not received a response to the query that I sent through to Discovery. I called the client services helpline and the call cut after I had been put through from pillar to post and waited for someone to assist me for over 30 minutes.</p> <p>I need this medical aid to be canceled and for the membership certificate to be sent to me (reflecting the cancellation dates).</p> <p>I also requested that the debit order be put in place on 01/04/2017 and the consultant confirmed that this would be done, and the debit went off on the 01/03/2017 and bounced.</p> <p>I want Discovery to reimburse me for the bank charges incurred for this bounce as it is the fault of their staff.</p> <p>The longer I wait for discovery to get back to me regarding this, the more money I am losing.</p> <p>I will be taking this matter even further as I am not impressed with the service I received from this company and I haven't even been a member for a month.</p> <p>I want this query to be resolved ASAP and will not just leave this matter lying in wait as I am losing money even as I'm typing this query to you (Hopefully this time I'll get a reply !!!</p>
