Discovery does not care about the client

Just to show how little they care at discovery health about the customers. So after I put my whole story on hello Peter yesterday and they immediately rep**** to me that they will contact me. I got one phone call, that I unfortunately missed, from a 011 number, not even sure if it was them. But they never tried again....So much they care. I also tried again yesterday to get hold of the consultant that was involved in my matter and I left him the fourth message to call me urgently...and guess what...no call, no email, ...again they don't care...
