Discovery does not care about older clients

As a result of aging, my testosterone levels are low which means I need to receive an injection every 11-12 weeks to boost the level. My urologist completed the Discovery application and wrote a motivation for the drug to be added to my chronic medication. However this was rejected out of hand by Discovery. They said its not chronic and referred it to a something called PMB where it was automatically rejected! When I queried this I was told that I can submit another form so now have to go back to the doctor for him to write another motivation despite having done this already. Its really pathetic and obviously Discovery do not care about older members.
