Discovery does not care about depressed and suicidal client...

My partner recently became a dependant on my medical aid because he could no longer remain on his medical aid due to affordability. We made the switch to save him money. He has been severely depressed due to a lack of income, and his daughter leaving to the UK, he has also had thoughts of suicide, after being assessed by a counselling psychologist who agreed that he is severely depressed, Discovery has still not approved him to see the psychologist to help him, it has been over a month. If he kills himself during this period, I will hold Discovery personally responsible for his demise. I have been a client of Discovery for over 6 years, I did not expect this level of service for something so significant affecting someone's quality of life.
