Discovery does not care

Out of hospital for over a month and still struggling to get any response from Discovery South Africa I am a burn victim, my case qualifies as a PMB case but Discovery South Africa is dragging it's feet in activating the necessary, hiding behind applications and red tape. When will I get feedback, someone call me today; I am tired of interacting with the bot on via FB messenger.
