Discovery does it again

Discovery going into a fight with me a again claim was submitted rejected now, previously about a year and some months ago same claim was approved for the same procedures paid, now rejected nothing has changed I even added a additionally cover for everything else ,i am so tired of this medical aid doing this.all the time a get the worse experiences.
