Discovery does bare minimum to contact clients
Well done discovery on becoming so large a company that you have forgotten your key ideal of being ethical. You have taken the time to inform me via an old postal address about my outstanding bill to you. over a period of 8 months. Not once picking up the phone to find out if you had the correct details. The law states that you have to send 4 posted letters before listing me. The law says that you do not have to check up with me before you list me as long as those letters were submitted. Not once does it have to cross anyone's mind that the address maybe outdated. That I would not update that information because I no longer have any dealings, policies with you. I wonder what the normal human ethical way this should have gone down. Maybe after three letters someone could have picked up the phone and called. Maybe someone could have tried just once to get hold of me or the numerous emergency contact numbers we supply on your website as well as our application forms. Maybe just maybe.<br> No its a lot easier to list people and have them deal with lawyers to pay those accounts. The law has an idea of has to be done minimally. Have you forgotten you are impacting people?
