Discovery do you actually have guidlines as to what you will pay or is it made up as you go along?

Discovery Health, I do understand you are a great company which made in 2021 approximately R7 billion profit, however the rules seem to change as to what the company will pay regarding health claims by the minute. Each time I put in a claim for something, Discovery finds a new, exciting and different excuse not to pay. And of course the self payment amounts seem to expand on a daily basis. It is really becoming ridiculous now.
