DISCOVERY , DO THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENT

Good morning.<br> I signed up with Discovery medical aid about 2 years ago via a broker , the broker since then has not returned my calls or emails. I then within the 2 years contacted the call centre on several occasions and also asked more than a bunch of times to appoint me another broker that can come and visit me as I need to ask several unanswered questions. Needless to say after all this time wasted telecoms no one has visited me or even a follow up but every single month the premium gets deducted , so my question is to Discovery Health is your client important or are just good for paying and no real interaction afterwards.<br> I would like to hear the excuse from Discovery in this instance , after tow years of making the same request.
