Discovery do not care!!!

Dear discovery health, this seems like a constant where you guys are not paying for my mums blood tests. These tests are required by her Oncologist and according to him should be funded from her oncology benefit - which she has been registered for. Now she has to constantly pay out of her pocket for Medical bills which you claim is not covered as its not oncology related??? how does this make sense? she is unemployed, 59 years of age and fighting cancer and this is how you treat her?
