Discovery disrupts my day

I keep getting calls from Discovery Health Head Office, which are dropped. I cant get an answer why I get these calls and theyre disruptive to my day and annoying. calling into the call centre where they seem to be watching a soccer match with all the ruckus over the phone, didnt yield any answers either. So can HO please attend to my complaint ??
