Discovery disrespects CANCER patients, even basic PMB not getting authorised

Eish, even 1 star is too much for these ****mers. I am on one of the upper schemes, been a member for years, but now when it's time to claim they are full of stories. Doctor submitted an authorization request the 27th March, today it's the 15 April and still no authorisation. Phone them and they can't say why not authorized or when they will do so. This is for basic prescribed medication, nothing fancy or expensive. Look further, don't use Discovery, you will pay each month for years, then when time to claim they will send you from pillar to post and not pay.
