Discovery discriminates
My MSA is depleted, and there is extender benefits available from certain practices, if the appointment is virtual. I booked a telephonic appointment with my dr, after confirming with the discovery agent it will be paid. She at no point in time confirmed it should be virtual (what if a patient doesn't have data/wifi/smart phone?? Guessed right, discovery hasn't paid for the consult, because it was telephonic and not virtual... NICE ONE
