Discovery disappoints with brokers

Not sure if you keep track of performance and professional mannerisms of brokers listed with Discovery, but I'd like to draw your attention to a broker who acted in a less than savory manner. How should I proceed ? he claims he called me, but he did not, and denied me service. Very perplexing and unprofessional.
