Discovery Disappoints

I have been trying to get a contribution certificate that shows separate premiums for my husband and I. This is for a Sassa old age grant that Sassa needs. When I phone in there is no option to speak to a consultant. When I email I am told they will not respond via email I have to go onto the website. Website has no functionality to give me the premiums. So out of frustration I email Adrian Gore's office in the hopes that one of his efficient assistants can help me. The response I get - You can only deal via Whatsapp. So I go onto Whatsapp and chat to a lovely lady who says she has to draft the letter, she does, she emails it and guess what I have not received anything yet. Why can I not speak to a real person over the phone? Grrrrrr
