Discovery Disappointing

I am currently under debt review since March 2019 and due to this, my previous bank accounts(FNB) have been frozen and i opened a new bank account(Capitec). In March 2019 I started a new job and activated a Discovery Medical aid through my new employer and created this medical aid with my new bank account.

October 2018 until December 2018 I was employed at a different company and had a Discovery Medical Aid and i had saved some money in that Savings account. Upon leaving my previous company, I also closed my Medical Aid as i had no job at the time. Discovery said they would pay the money owed to me in 4 months time.

On 14 May 2019 the R864 was paid into my frozen FNB account. When i found out I immediately notified Discovery who in turn told me that the onus was on me to change my bank account details. Now here is where the problem comes in. Firstly, why did Discovery not send out some sort of notification about this money a day before or a week before? Secondly, why when I had created a Medical Aid with Discovery using my same ID number and with my new bank account details, did they not put it into this new account?

I am in a tough place in my life and need all the money i can get and Discovery is blaming me for this. All Discovery needs to do is reverse the payment and move it into the bank account that I currently have on file with them.

I have contacted their call centre and was told to make a complaint which i did and the complaints department is saying it is my fault for this.
