Discovery digital activation experience failed...many times

My name is Emanuele, I am Italian and I have moved to South Africa to work for an American multinational company. My employer has activated a Discovery Health Medical Scheme. I have received the relevant info to activate the account, including the membership number. However, When I tried to register on the digital app, I received multiple emails saying "your policy number does not match the phone/email account associated with that". I have tried to reset the digital username and password, but the message is still the same. I have tried to use the WhatsApp chatbot (0860******), but no relevant solution except to redirect me to the same webpage where I failed many times to link my account. I have tried to call the direct line for support, but again after multiple triage questions to get there, at the end the solution was "go to our webpage and reset your username and password from there". I think there is some manual process in between and someone from Discovery just didn't copy and paste the data in the right way. There are no chances to talk with any expert, any agent, no IT support. Just a chabot telling you to go to the website. There is not a support email to reach out as well.

This is probably the worst digital experience that I had in my life with any digital solution. Discovery, you should spend more money and attention on your digital experience. I think even the worst Italian public office offers a better experience than that. Hope my organization will find a more reliable solution going forward.
