Discovery didn't pay my operation while hospitalized.

I was hospitalized and operated on both feet, however only one operation was paid for but the other. I called Discovery several times and was told the Dr. used different codes, whereas he used the same codes for both operations. I am now in arrears and about to be handed over for debt review.
