Discovery didn't fulfill their promise to pay for additional benefits

After being approved for PMB additional benefits (Physiotherapy sessions) for my chronic condition, Discovery did not fulfill their promise. Instead, after every Physiotherapy session, the claims that were meant to be taken from the promised additional benefits were taken from my medical savings. Due to this, I am now left with a depleted medical savings in the 3rd month of the year and Physiotherapy bills that I have to pay. I have called and emailed for weeks and have been told that my case has been escalated but no one is getting back to me. I'm very frustrated by this treatment I am receiving from Discovery Health.
