Discovery delaying tactics

After submitting all the required documentation for authorization of a medical procedure and being made to wait for seven days for review i am told there is still no feedback for my application. I think Discovery is doing this on purpose so that they prolong the authorization of the procedure. I find this practise by this company very disturbing to say the least as the situation that i find myself in was caused by the same medication they prescribed for me
