Discovery Declining my claim

I have been given a run around by discovery and declining the claim. they initially paid for my claim in 2015 but now I have complications from that procedure and now I got a decline letter. I am sitting with an open bleeding navel due to the previous operation. I am stressed and feel discovery is not being fair to me. I need answers and not getting any from discovery. I am very frustrated
