Discovery Declining Claims

Discovery network keycare plus is a nightmare I've been making claims after seeing one of their Dr's in the network plan I'm using they keep declining the claim due to codes that are not valid enough mean time they know which codes dr must put for me so I claim. they've been making me go up and down with claim of money the dr told me first time patient to consult pay upfront fee of money then patient claim money from Discovery I did all that since the 3rd of August but still declined I did the claiming for almost 4weeks but still nothing happens we phone dr ct Frey office but still no help with codes I want my money back that time I pay medical aid every month I have done alot to get my claim back but nothing .they don't do a follow up I always phone and email to know what's happening i will get same thing codes not working I will never give up on my hard earned Cash they don't want to pay out they want only to receive receive I'm really really angry that I have to do one thing all the time I'm writting this review so that other people who gave up on their monies not being paid up for claims that Discovery can help us with if they see for the fifth time that the codes not working why can't they send dr the right codes if they also changed codes and dr doesn't know about new systems can they be faithful not what they doing please but I want my money back Discovery is annoying
