Discovery declined/rejected funding benefits because the doctor is onleave couldn't complete medical assessment

Discovery used to ne one of my favourite and best medical aid I've ever used in 17 years. I chose discovery again due to high standards service and professionalism I know. 15th i was admitted as an emergency at Netcare Sunward hospital as from that day been issue with Authorisation as discovery standards procedure. I call morethan twice advising them the doctor questionnaire sent too is on leave until the end of October, I completed my question today I received a decline/reject funding I am asking myself I was emergency no planned admission what i am supposed to do as a patients? Should the treating doctor refusing to complete the questionnaire o is onleave me or us as client what should we do discovery rejecting the Authorisation, why not kept on pending until she's back on leave as I called advised them she's not available doctor Kadjee. Aren't doctor's humans havelife like us ,go on leave etc in that case not kustme in can cost a patient life because doctor is on leave. Discovery we respect we love you we had si many too chose from knowing the discovery who used to community clear clean and accurate things we client I trusted you. I reported doctor can't found she's on leave as per the hospital why not wait for her and declining the emergency ward funding.
