Discovery- Debt

Good day, I just would like to say something regarding my medical aid. It saddens me that I have to go to this point. Ever since I started with Discovery Privately, I have had to beg them to debt my account. Then i was told everything was going to be fine going forward. The beginning of this month, I noticed that no debt order went off my account for my medical aid. I email them- with no response and I phoned them as well in the beginning of this month and the agent advised me that no I don't have to pay an debt order as everything is fine due to the fact that I paid in June 2018 for July 2018. So I did not owe anything to Discovery. Then I get a response only 2 days ago regarding my email. They advise me now that i owe them a extra months payment as there was a error on their side. Now a double debt needs to be done at the end of this month. I am so upset as this is unacceptable. Terrible service from Discovery Side. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. I am speechless because i have to now cope with this error at the end of the month that I did not plan for as I have advised I did not owe anything. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
