Discovery debited R9000 pensioners medical aid aid

Discovery foes not deserve even 1 star. I have being paying for my parents medical aidbevause they are pensioners. My account was debited for 3x the amount. It is appalling that pensioners treated so poorly. Clearly they can't afford the current rate, image debating x3 amount.. I have called Discovery 3 times. WIted 45 min each time to be cut off. .my question is how can 2 pensioners pay R9000 for medical air. Discovery know the problem. Why do you not fix it immediately. The cost of living is very high. I demand my refund and I will certainly be leaving Discovery after all this debacle is over.
