Discovery death trap!!!

I went to Dischem on Friday to collect medication and I was told that they are unable to dispense the medication, because Med Express has blocked Dischem from dispensing medication. Dischem phoned Med Expressed and was told by a consultant that its after hours med expressed cannot dispense. <br> <br> I received a call from a Grace at Discovery on the 17/08/2014 and she told me that she is handling the matter and she will call me back, however she did not call back. I phoned Discovery and I was on hold for more than 30 minutes. I eventually spoke to Maya Budsh, she told me that I have a co-pay that I need to settle with her on the phone, otherwise she wont dispense the medication. She went on to tell that if I have an OPINION I should direct it to Discovery complains not her. She also told me that she cant capture my banking details I need to check the medication and phone everything to provide my banking details before it can be dispensed.<br> <br> Then I was phoned by Andrea Lorrane who told me everything she CANT do for me and she did not tell me anything that will assist me . Even after telling her that the medication is urgent and it has ran out she was not bothered .
