Discovery Death
In December 2018 my family and I joined Discovery Health. To join Discovery sent a letter with instructions that I needed to get a medical checkup. The letter stated that they (Discovery) would pay for the "Checkup". My wife promptly phoned around and after a lot of begging the Intercare at Hazeldean allowed us to see a doctor there. They would go through the trouble of claiming the cost. We went and was promptly accepted on the mediacla aid with reservations. 6 months later after Intercare was unsuccessfull at claiming the cost involved I was sued. So I paid Dscovery R60k so they could reneg on ±R400 doctors fee which I now have to pay with interest
