If i could give them a 0 star rating i would. Im on the essential smart plan that cost me R2021 every month for almost 5 years. This is the worst plan ever. During this 5 years ive never been admitted to hospital or emergency ward. This past weekend i had a terrible shoulder pain so unbearable i went to emergency ward. The professor wanted to admit me and send me for scans etc. Just to get the news my admission to hospital is declined. Because on this plan they dont cover back, neck shoulder etc. To my utmost dissapointment i had to be sent home without treatment. The next plan that cover this is almost double the amount and for someone like me that budget with extreme care this will ruin my finances. Very unhappy about the plan.
