Discovery customer care service is pathetic

I have logged multiple queries with Discovery Limited and even submitted a HelloPeter review last week regarding the lack of customer care. Unfortunately, my experience since then has only reinforced the concern.

None of the issues raised have been addressed, and the promised timelines for feedback and resolution have all passed without any communication. This level of service is deeply disappointing, especially considering the expectations set and the cost to the customer.

At this point, it raises serious questions about the value of the service we are paying for.
