Discovery creating their own debit orders without consent

I requested that my plan be cancelled last month. Again someone called me about a week ago and I told them I am cancelling. I have spoke to 3 people who have cancelled this medical aid and still this month a debit went off my account for R9012!!!! I am ****ed off now. This is ridiculous because it's a different case of I did not cancel!
