Discovery COVID Testing - Unpaid Claim

As per Discovery's website, I went for a COVID Antigen Test at one of the provided locations specified on the website. According to the website, members could access antigen testing at any of the following providers:

- PathCare, when referred by the doctor who screened you - Selected GP practices - Drive-through testing locations (through Next Biosciences)

According to the link provided by Discovery for Next Biosciences (https://nextbio.co.za/nextpath/), the section specific to Discovery Health members specifically states that a doctor’s referral note is not mandatory for Discovery Health Members for antigen testing.

After submitting my claim to Discovery, they are now refusing to pay for the test as they state I required a doctor's referral, which according to their own website and information is incorrect.
