Discovery covers nothing

They don't cover anything! I badly injured my knee playing soccer and went to the Glynn wood hospital (key care hospital) that is covered by my plan. First, they wanted me to sign a bunch of papers and pay R325 before I could be admitted. Lord knows if I didn't have the money. (it was close to the end of the month.) I saw the doctor and went for x-rays. (the only things they did cover) Needed a knee brace - not Covered. Was sent away with a badly damaged and only bandaged knee on crutches. Now 6 days later I've been billed R750 because my plan doesn't cover crutches. What the hell am I paying for every month? I get injured and you expect me to walk (sorry hop) out of the hospital with only a bandage and a note to come back to spend more money. (had to get a sonar R1100 - guess what not covered) I can't walk! And apparently Discovery doesn't think that walking is 'Key'. will be looking for a new medical aid promptly
