Discovery - counting on members being stupid

Supposed to qualify for 8 ante natal check ups according to my plan that are to be paid on top of the MSA, and yet every time I have been to the gynae for a check up, I receive a note from Discovery saying that my claim won't be paid as my MSA is depleted. Trying to **** you over anywhere they can, and counting on people being too stupid to know what they do and don't qualify for. Nice try.
