Discovery contradicts itself

I am on Discovery Delta and was informed that in case of an emergency I could attend any hospital if a Delta Doctor was not available. Unfortunatly I experienced an emergency and was admitted to Sunninhgill Hospital at which time I was told by the hospital I had to pay R8400 to be admitted. To date Discovery has not reimbursed me. Authorizations were phoned for pre-approval who were the ones who said that if it was an emergency it would be covered in full. Why then have I not been paid back?
