Discovery continues to evade answers

Why do Discovery refuse to disclose their exemptions ? Surely that's *********. How can we sign up for something, not knowing the terms and conditions ??

Why are they too ***ardly to answer questions ?

Why are they refusing to answer emails ? Why do they continue not to answer in WRITING ? Because they feel they can refute a telephone conversation ?

They say one thing, then another ... No consistency. Threatening to take this to the media suddenly made them change their mind to authorise my request for coverage on Oncology. BUT WHY ? Are they scared the public will see them for who they are and what they stand for ??

I AM NOT GOING AWAY ,so, Discovery, grow up take ownership, and deal with this matter.
